Where do you ship?
We offer worldwide delivery, with the exception of North Korea, Afghanistan and Iraq. We use recognized international carriers to ensure that your order is delivered promptly. How long until I receive my order?
Your order is registered immediately after purchase. However, we require 3-5 business days to prepare the package and ship your item. Our international delivery takes approximately 11 to 24 business days from the date of shipment. The delay may vary depending on the country in which the package is delivered. If your package does not arrive within 30 days (express or standard delivery), please contact us, only then we will look for what happened to your package. How can I track my order?

I have not received my order yet, what should I do?

What guarantees do we have on our products?
Only available with express delivery. If your package does not arrive within 40 days of your order, Trucs.co will refund you immediately, without questions or conditions.

If you have not taken the express delivery, refund requests before the destination of the package to our customer service will not be taken into account.

I ordered several products, why did I receive only one?
We can ship each product separately according to the total weight of your package so that our customers do not have to pay customs fees. That said, a big package would cost the customer a lot more (in postage), which is why we ship each item separately to avoid exorbitant prices. Rest assured, all your products will arrive. You can contact us by email to get tracking information for items that have not arrived.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we can not cancel your order because we process all orders immediately, to ensure the fastest delivery for our customers. Therefore, we can not cancel an order if it is already processing for shipping.
